BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a depression and it is centered about (620)miles East- Southeast of Trincomalee(Siri Lanka), (840)miles Southeast of Chennai(India) and (820)miles South-Southeast of Machilipatnam. It is forecast to move Northwest wards. Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th April, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States.
