PART ONE          : According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards, weakened into a Depression and now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal(off Northeast Sri Lanka Coast). It is centered at about within half degree of Lat 8.8 degree North and Long longitude 81.6 degree East. It is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and may cross North Sri Lanka coast between Trincomalee and Jaffna.
