SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above December average temperatures in Sagaing Region and (Northern and Easthern) Shan State and 3°C above December average temperature in Kachin State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.3°C in Hakha, 4.2°C in Loilin, 5.3°C in Tiddim, 5.6°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.0°C in Monyang, 6.2°C in Pinlaung, 6.5°C in Heho, 8.8°C in Lashio, 9.3°C in Pyinoolwin and 9.8°C in Taunggyi.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Shan States.
