SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above December average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan State, 3°C above December average temperatures in Kachin, Northern Shan States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 3.0°C in Hakha, 4.8°C in Loilin, 5.0°C in Pinlaung, 5.4°C in Heho, 5.7°C in Tiddim, 7.0°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 8.6°C in Pyinoolwin, 8.9°C in Loikaw, 9.5°C in Taunggyi and 10.2°C each in Mogaung and Nyaung Shwe.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th December 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah, Shan States.
