It is likely to become more marked during next 2 days. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude 4.0(M) with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (36) miles south-southeast of Matupi), latitude 21.12°N, longitude 93.65°E, depth (58) kilometers, about (105) miles south of Hakha seismological observatory was recorded at (04) hr (12) min (36) sec M.S.T on 15th July, 2026.
