SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (12:30)hrs MST today, the land depression near North Laos continue to move West-wards and weaken into low pressure cell over the boundary of Laos and near the Eastern Myanmar areas. Due to the low pressure cell, rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls and strong wind in some regions during  today noon to (28.8.2022).
