PART ONE            : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards and has intensified into a Cyclonic Storm “FENGAL”.  It is centered at about within half degree of 11.2 degree North and Longitude 82.2 degree East. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may cross North Tamil Nadu near Puducherry (India) around 30-11-2024.
