BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, Westcentral and South Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 08th December 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway Regions, scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of scattered rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
