SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Yangon Region and Kayin, Mon States. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Rakhine State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Chin State and (2°C) below November average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Eastern Shan, Kayah, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Tiddim and (10°C) each in Loilin and Mongyang. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.59) inch in Dawei, (0.12) inch in Kawkareik, Myeik and Kawthaung and (0.08) inch in Yangon(Mayangone), Kyeikkhame and Launglon.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 11th November 2023: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Mon State and isolated in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing Region and Rakhine State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
