BAY INFERENCE: Weather is  partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st October 2023: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw and (Southern and Eastern )Shan States, scattered in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
