BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South  Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to North Andaman Sea  and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 18th February, 2023: Rain or thundershowers will be Scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in  Upper Sagaing  Region and Kachin ,Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Yangon Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and  partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State.
