SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain or thundershowers hasbeen isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather have been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below December average temperature in Northern Shan State, (2°C) below December average temperature in Eastern Shan State and (2°C) above December averagetemperatures in Upper Sagaing,Magway, Bago Regions and Mon State and (3°C) to (4°C) above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine, Kayin States ‌and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Mongyang, (5°C) each in Kyaukmae and Namsam and (6°C) each in Heho, Hakha, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th December, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago Regions and (Northern and Eastern)Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Continuations of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States.
