SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, MagwayRegions and Northern Shan, Chin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatureswere (5°C) to(6°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan, Chin, Kayah States, (3°C) below November average temperatures in Mandalay Region and  Eastern ShanState and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon Regions and Rakhine, Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (4°C) in Hakha, (7°C) each in Kyaukmae,Tiddim, Pyinoolwin, (8°C)in Mongyangand (9°C) in Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (13:30)hrs MST today, a low pressure area has formedover the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean. It is likely to become more marked during next (48)hrs andmove Northwestwards towards Tamilnadu-Puducherry Coasts (India).Weather is partly cloudy to cloudyover the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in TaninthayiRegion. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady  Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region.
