SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Southern Shan State and isolated in Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) to (4°C)  below November average temperatures in (Northern and Eastern) Shan State and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Yangon Regions and Kachin, Kayin States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (6°C) in Hakha, (9°C) in Mongyang and (10°C) each in Kyaukmae, Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.44) inch in Nyaunglaybin, (0.39) inch in Taunggu(Avia-Met), (0.20) inch in Hainggyigyun and (0.08) inch each in Namsam, Loilin and Labutta.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 6th November, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan and isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Regions and Kayah States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
