SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Eastern Shan State. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Tanintharyi Region and Northern Shan,Kayin States, scattered in Mon State, fairly widespread in Kayin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Chin, Rakhine States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (4.16) inches in Minbya, (3.30) inches in Ann, (3.15) inches in Hakha, (3.11) inches in Hkamti, (3.07) inches in Taungkok, (3.03) inches each in Paletwa and Falam, (2.92) inches in Homalin, (2.91) inches in Paungbyin, (2.80) inches in Rambree, (2.28) inches in Kyaukpyu, (2.19) inches in Thandwe and (2.01) inches in Maungdaw.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (09:00)hrs M.S.T today, Deep Depressionover inland of Bangladesh has moved North-Northeastwards and weakened into a Land Depression over Northeasthern part of Bangladesh. It is continue to move North-Northeastwards and downgrade into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Eastern Shan State, scattered in Mandalay, TaninthayiRegions andNothern Shan, Kayah,Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States. Degree of certainty is (100%). 

STATE OF THE SEA: Squall with moderate to rough seas are likely at times in off and along Rakhine Coast. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (30- 35) mph. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in off and along Rakhine Coast and (4-6) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
