BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “Sonca” over South China Sea has landfall over near Da Nang, Coast of middle Vietnam. It is move to Westwards and will declines into a Land Depression and then may reach over Laos. 
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 15th October, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw and Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%). 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Lower Myanmar areas.
