BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 widespread in the whole country with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing,
