SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Eastern Shan State, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Naypyitaw, MagwayRegion and Kayah State, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon, AyeyarwadyRegions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Bago Region and Kachin, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were (2.40) inches in Tiddim, (1.50) inches in Ein Me, (1.41) inches in WunDwin, (1.38) inches in Tongzan, (1.30) inches in Shwekyin, (1.26) inches in Mawlamyine, (1.22) inches each in Pathein and Ye, (1.18) inches in Hpa-an(Agro-Met), (1.14) inches inDaweiand (1.06) inches in Putao.

BAY INFERENCE Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27thJuly, 2022:Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway Region ‌and Eastern Shan, Kayah States, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, AyeyarwadyRegions and (Northen and Southern)Shan, Rakhine, Kayin States, fairly widespread in TaninthayiRegion and Mon State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
