BAY INFERENCE Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 23rd July, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Northern Shan, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Mon State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squall with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach (35-40) mph. Wave height will be about (8-10) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
