BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over South Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean still persists. It may further intensify into a Depression during next 12 hours and continue to move West-Northwestwards. It is forecast likely to move Sri Lanka coast.Weather is cloudy South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 03rd March, 2022: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin,  Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of inerease of day temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (South and East) Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
