SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Kayah State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon State, (3°C) above November average temperature in Kayin State and about November average temperaturesin the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (8°C) in Pinlaung and (9°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Pyinoolwin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and East Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22nd November, 2021: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar water. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
