BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 04th August, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in  Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8 -11)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
