SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region, scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago Regions and (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.91) inch in Kawkareik, (0.79) inch in Yangon(Northern Dagon), (0.71) inch in Kunlong, (0.63) inch each in Yangon(Mingaladon), Yangon(Kaba-Aye) and Hainggyigyun, (0.59) inch in Hinthada, (0.57) inch in Shan-Ywar-Thit(Hlaingbwe), (0.55) inch each in Manaung and Hlegu, (0.51) inch in Thipaw, (0.47)inch in Payathonsu(Kya-In-Seikkyi) and (0.43) inch each in Pyay and Central-Yangon.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28thJune, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing , Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions andNorthern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
