BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 24th June, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin, Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35) m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
