BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Odisha and West Bengal Coasts(India) still persists. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14th June, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Southern Shan States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and isolated heavyfalls in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9-13) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuations of increase of rain in Coastal areas.
