BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th May, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 10thMay, 2021:      Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 10th May, 2021:          Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).

FORECAST FOR MANDALAY AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 10th May, 2021:       Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (60%).
