BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 07th May, 2021: Weather will be partly cloudy in Magway Region and Rakhine State. Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan State, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and Northern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States, scattered in Bago, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
