SUMMARY OF OBSERV5ATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Kayah, Mon States. Weather has been partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (7°C) above April average temperature in Kachin State, (5°C) above April average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region,(3°C) above April average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and Eastern Shan, Chin States and (2°C) aboveApril average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Nothern Shan State and about April average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (45°C) in Chauk, (44°C) each in Monywa and Gangaw and (43°C) each in Myinmu, Minbu and Pauk. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.08) inch in Nyaung Shwe.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over theAndaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 25th April, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in TaninthayiRegion, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin,  Shan, Kayah States.
