BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 6thApril, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Sagaing, Magway Regions and Kachin State, scattered in Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and widespread in the Remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA:Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7 -9)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of continuation of scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady,Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
