SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rainor thundershowers has been isolated in Mandalay Region and Kayah State. Weather has been partly cloudy to cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Eastern Shan States, (2°C) above March average temperatures in Bago Region and Southern Shan, Chin States and (3°C) below March average temperatures in Northern Shan State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Hpasaung, (41°C) each in Chauk, Aunglan and Taunggu and (40°C) each in Yaemthin, Hlaingtat, Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri), Pyinmana, Pyay and Gyobingauk. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.04)inch in Loikaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather ispartly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 30th March, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
