SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago Regions and Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were about March average temperature in Ayeyarwady Region and (5°C) above March average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C)above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan(North and South), Chin States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (43°C) in Chauk, (42°C) each in Myinmu, Magway, Aunglan and Hpasaung and (41°C) each in Shwebo, Monywa, Mandalay, Myingyan, Tada U (Avia), Minbu, Gangaw, Pauk and Taunggu.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 27th March, 2021: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%).  Weather will be partly cloudy in the Remaining regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
