SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Southern Shan, Chin, Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (41°C) in Chauk and (39°C) each in Nyaung Oo, Yamethin, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Sinbyugyun, Bago and Theinzayet. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.16) inch in Nanyun.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 04th March, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Rakhine State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
