SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Yangon Region and Rakhine State and (2°C) above February average temperature in Naypyitaw and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (4°C) in Heho, (5°C) in Pinlaung, (6°C) in Mongyang and (7°C) each in Kyaukmae, Namsam, Loilin and Mogoke.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th February, 2021: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
