SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) below December average temperatures in Yangon Region and Eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah States and (2°C) above December average temperature in  Upper Sagaing Region and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (4°C) in Heho, (5°C) each in Pinlaung, Mindat, and Ramthlo, (6°C) in Pyinoolwin, (7°C) each in Kyaukmae, Loilin and Mogoke and (8°C) each in Namsam and Tiddim.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather  is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th December, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Tanithayi Regions and Kachin, Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kachi State.
