SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago,Yangon Regions and Kachin, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State and (2°C) below November average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw and Mon State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (7°C) each in Namsam, Heho, Mongyang and Ramthlo, (8°C) each in Kyaukmae, Mindat and Mogoke and (9°C) each in Loilin and Pyinoolwin.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th November, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Rakhine, Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong easterly winds may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3-5) feet Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Shan, Kayah States.
