SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Kayah State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Mogoke, (8°C) in Heho and (10°C) each in Namsam, Loilin, Mindat and  Ramthlo.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and West Central Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17^th November, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Shan State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of light rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing and  Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State.
