SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in (Northern and Eastern)Shan State and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Chin, Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Mogoke and (8°C) each in Namsam, Heho and Ramthlo.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

 STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
