SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay Region, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Eastern Shan State and (2°C) below November average temperatures in Northern Shan and Kayah States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Namsam and Heho and (9°C) in Loilin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and East central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURE: According to the observations at (06:30)MST today, the Land Depression over the Vietnam is downgraded into a low pressure.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
