BAY INFERENCE: Weather  is a few cloud   over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy tocloudy  elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (18:30)MST today, the tropical storm “Etau” has crossed  Vietnam .It is  downgrade to the land Depression  and  moving to West-Northwestwards.  It is expected to downgrade to the low pressure over Cambodia. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 11th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.
