SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Yangon Region, scattered in Ayeyarwady Region and Kayah State and isolated in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Southern Shan, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (10°C) each in Putao, Mindat, Hakha, Tiddim and Mogoke and (11°C) in Namsam. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (1.18) inches in Okkan, (1.14) inches Yangon(Kaba-Aye), (0.75) inch each in Hlegu and Yangon (North Dagon), (0.67) inch in Phyarpon, (0.51) inch in Maubin and (0.47) inch each in Central Yangon and Kungyangon.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States.
