SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Yangon Region, scattered in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States and isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Ayeyarwady Region and Southern Shan, Kayah, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (8°C) in Mogoke, (9°C) in Hakha and (10°C) each in Mindat and Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.24) inches in Theinzayet, (1.61) inches each in Bago and Hainggyigyun, (1.30) inches in Hmawbi, (1.18) inches in Yangon(Mingaladon) and (0.82) inch in Hpa-an.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 09th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Shan State.
