SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Northern Shan, Mon States. Weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan, Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (7°C) in Hakha and (10°C)each in Mindat and Mogoke. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.20) inch in Hainggyigyun and (0.08) inch in Kunlong.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (13:30)MST today, the tropical depression is crossing over the South Vietnam Coasts and moved to Westwards. It is expected to downgrade into the low pressure area over the Cambodia.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 07th November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady,Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
