 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  According to the observations at (06:30)MST todays, tropical storm (Goni) over the South China Sea has weaken into tropical depression and it is crossing over South Vietnam Coasts. It is forecast to move westwards and weaken gradually into a low pressure area.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 06th November, 2020: Weather is partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and rain or thundershowers will be  isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (60%).

 STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State.
