BAY INFERENCE:   Weather is cloudy over the Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 03rd November, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin States, fairly widespread in Southern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions.
