BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy  over the South Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st October, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Shan(North and East), Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, off and along Rakhine coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts and about (5-8) feet Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States.
