BAY INFERENCE:  Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and  partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (15:30) hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “Saudel” over the South China Sea has weaken into the  Tropical Storm “Saudel”,  is centered at about (80) miles North-Northwest of Danang (Vietnam). It is forecast to move westwards and cross the upper Vietnam tonight.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th October, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in  Taninthayi Region, Chin and  Rakhine States, scattered in Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and  Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon,  Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
