BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th September, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan (North and South) and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Bago Region, Eastern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in Taninthayi Region, Kachin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of withdrawal of southwest monsoon from the Central Myanmar areas.
