BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 28th August, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Eastern Shan and Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region, Shan(North and South) State, fairly widespread in  Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Chin and Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
