BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 19thJuly, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan and Chin States, fairly widespread in  Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Southern Shan and Rakhine States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing  Region and  Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak monsoon.
