SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, Rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Naypyitaw and Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in (Southern and Eastern) Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (2.80) inches in Mogaung, (2.68) inches in Manaung, (2.09) inches in Hkamti, (1.93) inches in Hpa-an, (1.86) inches each in Myintkyina, Maungdaw and Khayan, (1.81) inches each in Sittwe and Central Yangon, (1.65) inches in Mawlaik and (1.58) inches in Yangon (Kaba-Aye).

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the West Central Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal, North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coasts (India) has moved North-Northwestwards and has crossed North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coasts (India). Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13^thJune, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, scattered in Mandalay Region, Southern Shan and Kayak States, fairly widespread in (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5 - 8)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weak to moderate Monsoon.
